Aneta joined the team in 2022 and loves meeting new people and helping them secure their dream house. The best part for her is seeing their smiles when they collect their keys! It makes her day! Aneta lives at home with her young Son, fur baby Rocky and Fiancée.

Chloe Ducellier
Negotiator
Chloe started with Simmons in 2023 and has always had a passion for the property market. She has over 4 years of experience with client and customer service. Chloe enjoys helping our buyers secure their dream homes and looking after our vendors to ensure their journey with us is as smooth as possible. She has absorbed many skills such as taking our property pictures, composing floorplans and negotiating offers. Outside of work Chloe enjoys spending time with her friends, family but most of all Chloe loves a Rave!

Amy West
Sales Manager
Whilst attending secondary school in Buckinghamshire Amy worked as a Saturday assistant in a local estate agent in Slough and that’s where her passion for property began!
Since then she’s helped sell properties in areas from Central London to Warwickshire but enjoys working in her home town the most.
As a small child Amy always remember looking at the properties in the Simmons window on her way to the shops and loves the nostalgia working in the office today.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her Husband and loves planning fun & creative things to do with her three young children. Amy is infamous for her annual Elf on the Shelf social media posts!

Joslyn Appleford
Lettings Property Management
Joslyn joined the team in 2020 and is primarily responsible for inspecting the rental properties and also looking after compliance. Having previously worked in the media industry and at one time publishing the Property News Joslyn has a wealth of experience in administration and advertising. Outside of work Joslyn enjoys listening to music, reading, spending time with her family and taking care of her African Leopard Tortoise.

Gina Dale
Lettings Property Management
Gina has been in the property industry for over 13 years and worked in the lettings department covering the majority of roles. She enjoys our fast-paced department where no day is the same! Outside of work she enjoys her “Soccer Mum” duties which has supported her Sons with their sporting aspirations. The highlight of Gina’s year is the family ski or sun holiday!

Leigh Brown
Senior Negotiator
Having been brought up in the local area of Slough and having memories of walking past the Simmons office and taking in the property displays along with collecting a good old copy of the property news, this only increased his passion for working in the industry, now currently into his 10th year of service to Simmons and son. Leighs passion remains the same from day 1 and is looking to increase Simmons market share and increase our continual excellent reputation. His interests outside of work are watching sport and loves spending time with his Wife and 2 children.

Sharon Smith
Client Liaison Assistant
Sharon is local to the area and has many years of experience within the property market and her previous role as a mortgage and protection advisor. She is personable and friendly and has a passion to ensure that people have a safe and suitable home to live in and also understands that our landlords need the right tenants and return on their investments. She has extensive knowledge of the property market and is on hand to help, no matter how complex the situation.
Sarah Campbell
Managing Director
Sarah has accrued over 16 years of experience in the property industry and being a Slough girl grew up on the Farnham Road itself. She had started out in interior designer but was drawn to the estate agency life and job satisfaction that follows when an applicant finds their ideal property. She has extensive knowledge of various aspects of property services including compliance, sales and lettings and thrives on solving problems. She is dedicated and committed to continuing the legacy of Simmons & Son.
At home Sarah maintains her love for property design whilst raising her two teenage daughters and caring for her Zoo – the dog, three cats and the rabbit.

James Poole
Director
James joined Simmons & Son (formerly B. Simmons & Son) over 40 years ago.
Born in Slough and having always lived and worked locally James started as a junior all those years ago and subsequently worked his way up through the ranks with over 40 years of local experience there is nothing James hasn’t seen. His philosophy is simply “There are no problems only solutions”.
Outside of work, James enjoys keeping fit (running & cycling), good food and wine, holidays, and watching his beloved Chelsea win.

We have been trying to sell our flat since April 2023 with another agent but no luck. Then we managed to part exchange our flat with a very well know developer who backed out to our disappointment. But then Sarah from B Simmons contacted us that they have a few offers on our flat, as they were initially appointed by the developer.
