Our story
Overcoming initial snobbery, we broke barriers, becoming a bridge for all newcomers to the area, regardless of their background. The agency has been owned and operated by members of the Simmons family ever since, including infamous Joe (son of Ben), Annette, our current Director and daughter of Ben, along with her husband James, and Ben’s grand-daughter Sarah Simmons.
They have all continued in Ben’s legacy, adopting inclusivity and can-do spirits, helping people sell, buy, let and rent properties of all types in Slough and surrounding areas including Burnham, Cippenham, Farnham Common and Britwell.
Our current Director, Annette Poole started her earlier career in conveyancing and grew the business working in partnership with Director James Poole, who joined us as a junior and rose to leadership with unmatched local insight and property passion. What James and Annette don’t know about the Slough property market is not worth knowing!

We have been trying to sell our flat since April 2023 with another agent but no luck. Then we managed to part exchange our flat with a very well know developer who backed out to our disappointment. But then Sarah from B Simmons contacted us that they have a few offers on our flat, as they were initially appointed by the developer.
