James Poole
Director
James joined Simmons & Son (formerly B. Simmons & Son) over 40 years ago. Born and raised in Slough, he started as a junior and successfully worked his way up through the ranks. With four decades of local experience, there is nothing in the property market James hasn’t seen. His philosophy is simple: “There are no problems, only solutions.”
Outside of work, James enjoys keeping fit through running and cycling. He appreciates good food and wine, loves a great holiday, and can usually be found cheering on his beloved Chelsea.
Sarah Campbell – FARLA
Managing Director
Sarah brings over 17 years of property industry experience to her role as Managing Director. A true Slough local, she grew up on Farnham Road itself. She initially started out in interior design before being drawn to the fast-paced world of estate agency, driven by the immense satisfaction of helping clients secure their ideal properties.
As a fully qualified Level 4 FARLA professional, Sarah holds extensive expertise across all aspects of the business—particularly compliance, sales, and lettings—and she thrives on solving complex problems. She is deeply dedicated to continuing the trusted legacy of Simmons & Son. At home, Sarah channels her love for property design into her own projects while spending time with her two daughters, her dog Beau, and her three cats.

Amy West
Sales Manager
Amy’s passion for property began while she was still in secondary school in Buckinghamshire, working as a Saturday assistant for a local Slough estate agency. Since then, she has successfully helped sell properties everywhere from Central London to Warwickshire, but her absolute favourite place to work is her hometown.
As a child, Amy fondly remembers admiring the properties in the Simmons window on her way to the shops, and she loves the nostalgia of leading the sales team in that very office today. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and planning fun, creative activities with her three young children. Amy is also infamous for her highly entertaining annual “Elf on the Shelf” social media posts!

Chloe Ducellier
Senior Sales Negotiator
Chloe joined the Simmons & Son team in 2023, bringing with her over four years of dedicated customer service experience and a lifelong passion for the property market. As our Senior Sales Negotiator, she takes pride in helping buyers secure their dream homes while ensuring our vendors experience a smooth, stress-free journey. A highly versatile agent, Chloe’s expertise extends beyond negotiations to include professional property photography and drafting detailed floorplans. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and friends—but her ultimate weekend highlight is going to a great rave!

Viewing Consultant
Having attended local schools and lived in the area her entire life, Emily’s deep roots in the community make her a natural when out conducting property viewings. She brings valuable previous experience in property administration to Simmons & Son, pairing a solid industry foundation with a highly organized and energetic approach. While she is a true local at heart, Emily is incredibly proud of her Spanish heritage, which fuels her passion for travel and sightseeing. When she isn’t in the office or showing homes to prospective clients, she keeps perfectly balanced by training at the gym, catching up with friends, and relaxing at home with her family, her cat, and her rabbits.

Since entering the lettings industry in 2023, Danielle has quickly built a reputation for excellence. Highly driven and detail-oriented, Danielle prides herself on delivering a tailored, personal service to every landlord she represents. Outside the fast pace of valuations, she loves her yearly holidays to Ibiza, soaking up the sunshine and making the most of island life.

As someone born and bred in the area, she has a deep connection to the community she serves. By heart, she is a woman of faith and fitness. Mia views her role as supporting others during significant life shifts, relying on her morning workouts and Bible study to maintain the mental clarity needed to excel. Having lived in the area her whole life, Amelia brings a genuine local connection and a perfectionist’s eye to the Simmons & Son team. With a personal flair for fashion and luxury travel, Amelia brings a creative and detailed approach to our office presentation. She is an invaluable member of the support team—and a devoted owner to her cat, Princess.

Lettings Property Management
With over 13 years of experience in the property industry, Gina is a cornerstone of our Lettings department. Having covered almost every role within lettings throughout her career, she thrives in our fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. Her extensive knowledge ensures our landlords’ assets and our tenants are always expertly looked after. Outside of the office, Gina fully embraces her role as a dedicated “Soccer Mum,” proudly supporting her sons in their sporting aspirations. When she isn’t cheering from the sidelines, the highlight of her year is always a family ski trip or a sun-drenched holiday!

We have been trying to sell our flat since April 2023 with another agent but no luck. Then we managed to part exchange our flat with a very well know developer who backed out to our disappointment. But then Sarah from B Simmons contacted us that they have a few offers on our flat, as they were initially appointed by the developer.
